It depends on the individual - for some, it might be about taking on bigger & bigger projects. For others, it might be their title or the perks of their roles. Regardless of the specific, they usually come back to the pursuit of happiness.

As Kiron mentioned, it all comes down to your mindset and attitude. If you're satisfied with what you're doing and the progress you're making, then you're on the right track.

Success in a projectized career goes beyond promotions and salary increases—it's about continuous growth, impact, and fulfillment. Some meaningful success metrics I track include:
- Skill Development: Am I expanding my expertise in leadership, technical skills, or industry trends?
- Project Impact: How have my projects contributed to business goals, innovation, or process improvements?
- Stakeholder Relationships: Am I building strong, trust-based relationships with teams and clients?
- Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing: Am I helping others grow and fostering a culture of learning?
- Work-Life Balance & Well-being: Am I able to manage responsibilities while maintaining personal well-being?

I can connect more with your question as the Oganization I work for is Projectized.
