Considering going for PMI-PBA or SP. Anyone have experience with these two exams?

As someone with experience as a PM, I think PBA could be very useful in the long-run and it's always good to brush up on scheduling for the SP. At least those are my thoughts. Right now, I'm finishing up a master's program, studying for the CPCM, studying for the GRE to get into a PhD program in 2026.

Joseph, in looking at your profile, looks like you already earned the PMP, ACP and RMP which is great. My recommendation would be to go for the PMI-PBA (more project focused) or the CBAP from IIBA (more enterprise focused). Business Analysis would add a different flavour to your knowledge and its an essential skill for Project Managers in today’s rapidly evolving world. Hope this helps.
