I really liked it - drawings support your explanations very nicely.

I would however appreciate if you explained more the part about: (i) who's responsible for the reporting after PPM implementation and (ii) how the reports are integrated practically (from the presentation it seems that financial reports and PM's reports are often contradictory, so integrating them seems like a difficult negotiation process...).

These are just general remarks. I realize that ther eis a time limit for the video, and not everything can be included :)
