For me, my PDU was automatically added to my account some hours after watching webinar provided by projectmanagement.com

Without knowing it, I claimed it manually in PMI.

In provider, I put projectmanagement.com
In Title, I put the title of the webinar
In PDU claim, I put 0.50 each in Leadership and Technical.
(I find those points in the talent trigangle alignment table a bit down the webinar page I was watching. The first line PMP/PgMP is for me as I am a PMP holder.)

I received my claim was approved in my mail very shortly after I submitted.

But when I found out, I have double PDU for that webinar (automatically and manually filled) I deleted the one I manually filled and gave the reason "Duplicate Claim".

Hope this will help.
Hi Aye.. could you please let me know how long it took to reflect these PDUs in PMI dashboard. I have completed some webinars and those are showing up in "PDUs awarded" section in projectmanagement.com but it is not showing up in dashboard @ pmi.org.. thanks, Sree

I am really sorry for very very late reply. I haven't been active in projectmanagement.com for a while. Did you get the answer? For me I waited for a day. I watched it like tonight at 8pm and got PDU in the next morning 9am. I did not know if there is fixed duration to wait or not. Again, so sorry for late reply. Good Luck.

FYI, the Webinar showed up as the PDU after one day. No need to add this manually.
That's good to know. I believe there are a lot of us asking the same question. :)

If I attend a webinar two times or three times, will I get 1 PDU ot 2-3PDUs . Sometimes I need to read/revise again for good understanding.

Has there been a change in the process? I no longer see PDUs Awarded on the projectmanagement.com page. Also, it's been over 2 days and several of the webinars that I've watched are not showing up as earned PDUs.

Hi Tiffany Bynum - There have been no changes in the process, however, there was a small change on the site when public profiles were moved to community.pmi.org. To get to the "PDUs Awarded" section, click your name in the top right, click "Settings" (top option) and then "PDUs Awarded". PDU reporting is not instantaneous at this time. Typically PDUs are auto-batch reported within 48-72 hours, however, we ask that you please allow 7-10 business days processing time as delays do occasionally occur.

Please reach out if you have any questions!
