I can define my "there" and watch it come to fruition with the PMI Best Practices. I will have the scope, people, places, and resources needed to "get to there" in one location. There might be programs with multiple projects and there could be a portfolio of projects. I can use the practices for life change management, such as new diet. Trying new fruit, vegetables, recipes, etc... documenting the results. I can also use when working on community projects and expose others to PMI.
