Risk promotion flow diagram

Hello.  I'm looking for a good risk promotion flow diagram.  E.g., Flow from a risk register (qualitative) to project-level or program-level risk for executive consumption.

If you are referring to guidance on how risks should flow between the different levels as opposed to an actual populated example of this, I'd suggest downloading PMI's new(ish) RM practice guide (https://www.pmi.org/standards/risk-management-in-portfolios) as I do recall seeing something like that in it when reviewing it prior to its publication last year.
