As AI contributes to the increase of digital noise, I believe authentic human expression, connection, and engagement will become even more valuable.

Intentionally slowing down can help create the space necessary for deep reflection, which is a key to communicating with authenticity. It can also help to lower stress while increasing productivity and quality of work output.

I’ve found that storytelling is still one of the best ways to keep things real and persuasive, even with AI and algorithms in the mix. Keeping your tone human, sharing real experiences, and listening more than broadcasting makes a difference. Eye contact in video calls and using names helps too.
