PMXPO 2025 PDUs not appearing

I've attended the PMXPO 2025 and completed some courses live. Over the last week I've also completed many "on demand" courses that were on the agenda and I've received some PDUs but not all. What should I do if I don't see them registered on my profile in the next 2 weeks?

You should contact PMI Customer service. As far as I am aware, all my PDUs were auto reported the same day of the event.

All my PDUs were automatically reported on the same day as the event. Please ensure you complete the surveys provided at the end of each session.

It usually takes some time. If it's more than 2 to 3 weeks, you should contact them.
