It really comes down to the extent of your project leadership experience and the nature of the projects you were leading. While you don't need to have performed each task on each project, it would be helpful for you to download the PMP Exam Content Outline, review the tasks listed and confirm that you have performed the majority of them across your project leadership experience.
If not, you run the risk of failing an application audit.
However, there is no financial risk in applying - you are only required to pay for the certification application once you are past the audit stage and that is only if you get audited.
Your title is not the determining factor. If you have experience in project management and have actively performed PM tasks, you should be qualified. Saving Changes...
