Building schools and universities of today is no easy task.They are way different then what they used to in the past.
Has anyone ever practised PMBOK processes in any education project?

In Education domain it is little bit difficult the apply these processes but you can apply. Like if you are dealing with the distance education projects then these processes can be applied to manage your day to day activities or whole projects.

At the college level I utilized PMBOK processes with some tailoring for multiple workforce development projects that support two large metropolitan areas (Fort Worth/Dallas).
