Conflict research focuses on management styles: competing, collaborating, avoiding. Do you see a correlation with "dimensions," i.e. relationship vs. task/process conflict?

For example, does avoiding style lead to greater team productivity in the case of relationship conflict, but hurt output if the situation is task/process related? Does collaboration work best with task/relationship conflict but augur suboptimal outcomes in connection with relationship conflict?
