In my opinion yes Coin Machine Doctors who act like a cash machine; you input your symptons in your own words in the machine and it spits out a prescription. No EQ or Conciousness of the nuances of each patient and circumstances; these Doctors can be replaced by AI and Databases.

On the other hand Doctors with high EQ and Conciousness will be very difficult to replace by AI.As these Doctors have developed Heuristics which they apply on treating a patient through years of applying their EQ and Conciousness abilities.

Do you guys Project Managers involved in Change Management in the Health Sectors, Public and Private agree with me? Please let me know your thoughts.

Thanks.

Jean, AI machines for now do have limitations but they are certainly very useful. I tried once to upload my blood work report, and chat GPT provided an amazing analysis to me which was very consistent with what my GP said.

Yes Rami. You are right, AI machines can help in healthcare. And they probably will be used to replace many functions that Doctors perform to reduce costs in Health care budgets of governments, or in countries where there are not enough doctors.to provide health care.

In fact Rami, I am expecting Governments worldwide to start using AI to reduce costs in Healthcare, wherever possible.

And I believe there will be a need for Project Managers particularly Change Managers to implement the transitions to AI where this is a possibility.

It would be great to have the opinions of other Project managers

However in cases where the treatment and diagnosis may not be straightforward or unknown in the AI databases then a human doctor will need to intervene and help the AI
