In both traditional and agile environments, AI can handle repetitive tasks like scheduling, reporting, and risk flagging. But the human side leadership, stakeholder communication, critical thinking, and decision-making remains essential.
PMs will likely spend less time on manual tracking and more time driving strategy, facilitating collaboration, and adapting to change. tools may evolve, but the need for strong project leadership will stay relevant perhaps even more so as we manage increasingly complex environments.
