Can you walk me through the end-to-end workflow of how your team uses the CRM tool—starting from lead or customer data entry, through follow-ups and interactions, to final deal closure or service resolution? Please include any key steps, automations, notifications, and integrations involved.

Not sure this fully answers your question, but I worked on an automation project handled via Salesforce CRM, where we streamlined processes like order receipt, data extraction, inventory preparation, customer notifications, shipping label creation, system updates, shipment tracking, and final status notifications. This was part of an RPA initiative we did for a luxury fashion brand in collaboration with a global sports giant, using UiPath and Power Automate to accelerate the delivery of limited-edition products.
