Work as a producer/proj manager and was wondering if anyone knew of any web specific templates for web site statements of work. I've put one together but feel I may be missing vital aspects. For instance, are there standard exclusions or assumptions that should be stated about development tasks? Any insights are truly appreciated.

Chris, I suggest you buy and read
"Web Project Management" by Ashley
Friedlein. This book will point
you in the right direction. The
ISBN # is 1-55860-678-5.

Tom- Thanks for the reco. I'm reading that book right now, but find that an actual template for many of the docs mentioned is not part of the book. Not looking for all the answers in one place, but would just like a look at a few examples. Would you mind looking at one I've done to provide feedback?

Hey Chris, I've been working as a web project manager for pas couple of years and I've seen my fair share of SOWs. I'll be glad to take a look at what you got if you email it to me at [email protected]

I imagine a few of us would be interested in seeing different SOW templates as well. Please post them to this msg bd. Thanks.

Hi, did any of you get a SOW template? If so, I hope you do not mind to share it.

Best Regards
