Just openly wondering who else is navigating this landscape right now, recently I have picked up 5 new certifications, and I am working on Google prompt essentials. I have 1 module left to test on, then I will have it with my AWS, Generative AI, and some others.

I don't mind paying for something new, but it's hard to discern which one to bet on, as each seems to be trying to both fill a niche and take all my money. :)

Thank you for any insight you may have, and also ask me anything you might wish to know about what I am doing. Also looking for leads for remote work, or hybrid my resume on here is up to date.

Hello Daniel, I have seen job postings that ask for experience with AI, ML, or LLM. What certifications are you going after?

6 of them right now, I have completed 5. The one I am finishing up is Google Prompting Essentials - it covers a variety of uses from iterative modalities. I can sum it up quickly with the following: Task, Context, References, Evaluate, Iterate until you build your ideal outcome.

The others are more foundational with LLM, Generative AI, AWS Cloud, Azure, etc. My first certifications were in ML a long time ago, COBOL, RPG, Assembler, binary, octal, hex.. It's funny like an old style coming back in clothing, how much that resonates with what I am learning now and how the front end, or Agents are making hay..

I see you're from Okta, just did some heavy lifting for that at Help at Home:

Deploying Single Sign-On (SSO) with Okta and placing web and AMS apps behind a secure cloud-based landscape enhances security, streamlines user access, and improves overall system management.

Single Sign-On (SSO):
SSO allows users to authenticate once and gain access to multiple applications without re-entering credentials. This improves user experience, reduces password fatigue, and enhances security by minimizing the number of attack vectors. It simplifies user management and access control, providing centralized oversight for IT administrators.

Okta:
Okta is a leading identity and access management service that supports SSO and multi-factor authentication (MFA). It offers robust security features, easy integration with various applications, and a user-friendly interface. Okta ensures secure, seamless access to all resources, helping organizations manage user identities efficiently and protect against unauthorized access.

Secure Cloud-Based Landscape:
Placing web and AMS (Application Management System) apps behind a secure cloud infrastructure enhances security and scalability. Cloud providers offer advanced security features, including encryption, firewalls, and regular security updates. This setup ensures data integrity, protects against cyber threats, and allows for flexible resource management, enabling organizations to scale applications based on demand.

Overall, implementing SSO with Okta and securing applications in a cloud environment optimizes access control, enhances security, and supports efficient IT management.

Thank you so much for the reply.

Yes, Okta freely allows you to use any technology. I am planning to do a personal project to see how I can leverage AI to build out a dashboard of metrics. I have been playing with Replit, and as much as I can do with Replit without having a coding background it can be frustrating when you introduce a new feature and it breaks others that were working fine.

Yes it can be, I made a web site and put it out on my Github https://palmcoast.github.io/LetMeGrokThatForYou/ same theme as LetMeGoogleThatForYou if you have seen it, I used Grok instead then added a method called a tree method to it, now it works, you copy the link and it then automates the search for you and provides .... repaginates.. lol ugh.. Good luck figuring that dashboard out; most people are using Power BI, which is cumbersome and hard to ingest much of anything into. I'll ping around a little and see what else is out there.. Maybe something useful will come if so I will share it.

Thanks Daniel, I will take a look at your site. I used Power BI for a walkthrough class on LinkedIn, but since I am Open for Opportunities my one month trial ran out. Therefore, I am going to take a look at Google tools and I plan to use Gemini with BigQuery.

Daniel, I’ve been actively exploring the AI landscape lately and recently completed the Cognitive Project Management for AI (CPMAI) certification. It’s been a valuable experience, especially since my background isn’t in IT. The course really helped bridge that gap and gave me a solid foundation in applying AI within a project management context.

You might have seen that PMI recently acquired Cognilytica, the original provider of the CPMAI certification and training. Here’s the link to the certificate for reference:

https://www.pmi.org/shop/p-/digital-produc...tion/cpmai-b-01

Also worth noting that PMI released a series of five AI-related courses, which are currently free for members. You can access them by logging into your PMI account, heading to the store, and adding them to your library.

Hope this helps!
