Luis, yes I did. It's a good reminder for the importance of ethics that goes beyond only doing the right thing.

Thank you Rami Kaibni for sharing your view — I couldn’t agree more.
Ethics in project management truly goes beyond compliance — it's also about how we build trust, shape culture, and make decisions in uncertain, complex environments.

I'd be very interested in hearing your perspective:
- In your experience curating content and moderating discussions, what are the most common ethical dilemmas or blind spots you see emerging in our community?

@Pavan Maddi Thank you for your thoughtful comment — I completely agree.
It’s encouraging to see leaders like Pierre bring ethics to the forefront, especially when we consider how trust, fairness, and long-term success are so interconnected in project environments.
Ethics is often the quiet force that determines whether a project truly delivers value — not just on paper, but for people.
I’m curious: how do you personally approach ethical decision-making when values come into tension with deadlines or stakeholder pressure?

Too many people are using AI to write complete blogs or articles. Sometimes you can easily spot them, other times not. If someone is solely depending on AI without citing resources then thats an ethical concern!

Thank you Luis Branco I really appreciate your thoughtful reflection you’ve expressed it beautifully.
When values and deadlines clash, I take a step back, assess the bigger picture, and choose what aligns with long-term trust. I stay transparent with stakeholders and try to find ethical ways to meet goals without cutting corners. Integrity builds lasting results.

Hi all,
I asked Copilot to generate a summary of the discussion below the video:
---
The page discusses the importance of ethics in project management, emphasizing that ethical behavior is not only the right thing to do but also increases the likelihood of project success. The key points:
Ethics and Project Success: Ethical behavior in project management is linked to higher chances of project success.
PMI's Code of Ethics: The Project Management Institute (PMI) provides a Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct to guide project managers.
Responsibility vs. Accountability: There's a distinction between being responsible for a part of a project and being accountable for the overall project outcome.
Trust and Compliance: Ethics build trust within teams, which is crucial when facing pressure, making trade-offs, and dealing with ambiguity.
Community Insights: Various professionals share their perspectives on the importance of ethics in project management, highlighting trust, accountability, and integrity.
---
After having watched the video and read though the Code of Ethics with its four main values (Responsibility, Respect, Fairness, Honesty) I can only say that I fully support Mr. Pierre Le Manh's view that the consideration of ethics increases the odds of project success!
