Hi All,
My PMP exam was scheduled on 23rd April , after following the regular system test before the exam could start , i connected the proctor over chat and asked thrice if i could use the restroom for less than a minute. I walked away from the system and was back within 30 secs. My exam was cancelled and got a popup to reschedule.
My concern is i respect the rules , but i was in state where i had to use the restroom, how fair is this ,shouldn't Pearson consider few exceptions.

The exam was also not started, and i did request, i don't think its fair to make the candidate pay again for rescheduling.

I would recommend contacting PMI Customer Care for this as soon as possible, giving them the specifics.

Smita, this is very unfortunate and happening with many which I agree is not fair. As Kiron mentioned, I also highly recommend you contact customer care ASAP.

It may have quite possibly been a computer error. The proctors however, would probably not have any control over the application shutting you out. I would certainly get a hold of PMI Customer Care and explain what happened. Paying again would not be ideal.

Thanks all for the suggestion, PMI did enable the option for me to reschedule the exam.

Not fair at all, but this is how it is.

After the proctor approved my exam room, I realized I unplugged my charger as I need to show room to by moving around, so I asked proctor twice "Can I plug my charger?", no one responded. I just saw down as cable was under the table so I plugged my charger to avoid any disruptions (hardly took 1 Sec) . Immediately proctor came in and revoked my exam. I am really stressed and frustrated as I haven't even started my exam, just going through the tutorial.
Any possible solution for this situtation?
