In my experience, AI Agents can take over routine tasks like data analysis, report drafting, admin workflows, and early risk detection — boosting efficiency without losing critical human judgment.
The key is to apply AI thoughtfully: keep humans in the loop, start with clear principles, pilot carefully, and invest in team upskilling.
AI should amplify our capabilities, not replace them!
There are many applications, but another one is having the AI chatbot on a website to collect information and guide the user to the right place. With the right rules, the bot can act autonomously.

There is a key element and pillar of AI, mainly in generative AI models: human in the loop. With that said, take into account you can automation, not agents, to do what you are talking about. Put in place a generative AI system (not software system only) is something that adds complexity mainly because some new roles have to be created to support all related to Responsible AI.
