Sustainable construction materials are becoming increasingly relevant in construction cost estimations, as they contribute significantly to reducing environmental impact and improving energy efficiency in buildings. However, their inclusion in cost estimates faces challenges, particularly due to their higher initial costs and the lack of effective tools to evaluate their long-term economic benefits and overall efficiency over the building's lifespan.

I understand the project manager’s task, but when it comes to giving instructions to get the cost figures — that’s where the problem starts, especially with integration and calculations. Speaking as a cost estimator, and I'm trying to understand the situation, find solutions, and identify the right tools.)
