Automated PDU's Not Working

Hello, is the automated PDU reporting working? I completed a webinar yesterday, 4/28/25, and did not receive an email confirming completion which is usually sent the same day or the next day.

PDUs sometimes take time to be auto reported. Give it up to 48 hours and if they did not show then contact customer support.

PDU reporting is not instantaneous at this time. Typically, PDUs are auto-batch reported within 48-72 hours, however, we ask that you please allow 7-10 business days processing time as delays do occasionally occur.
