You’ve initiated a thoughtful discussion. However, in my experience, the term "project manager" can sometimes lead to misunderstandings regarding the role. It's crucial for a project manager to be proactive and patient, avoiding over-involvement in specifics, as hasty decisions can cause significant issues.

As project managers, we must plan with sustainable development in mind. We need to consider potential future challenges, such as another pandemic like COVID-19. If that happens again, having a well-prepared plan will be essential.

Project management changed my life because it taught me that dreams can also be planned. 🌟 Before, I saw goals as something distant, almost unattainable. But as I immersed myself in the world of project management, I understood that every great goal is built step by step, with clarity, collaboration, and purpose.

I learned to transform ideas into actions, uncertainty into strategy, and obstacles into opportunities. But the most powerful thing was discovering that leading projects is not just about moving tasks, it's about inspiring people, uniting talents and creating something that goes beyond oneself!

Today I not only apply this mentality professionally, but also in my personal life: from making important decisions, to organizing trips, meeting wellness goals or launching initiatives that I am passionate about.

Managing projects gave me structure, yes, but also freedom: the freedom to design my path with intention.
And if you ever doubt whether it's worth learning this discipline... I tell you with all my heart: yes, it's worth every second. Because it gives you the tools to build the life you imagine.

As a career path and a passion, it has kept me busy professionally and on a volunteer basis for the last three and a half decades, but beyond that, it has provided me a variety of tools which I have been able to use for everything from planning and executing personal moves to writing and publishing my book.

Every person in this world is performing project management from the time they wake up to the time they return to bed. No matter that, it do not change their life.

Project management has definitely shaped the way I approach everyday life. I’ve become more structured in how I plan my time whether it’s vacations, home projects, or even grocery shopping! I’m more conscious about setting expectations, tracking progress, and adjusting course when needed. But most of all, it’s taught me the value of communication and empathy skills that go far beyond the workplace.
