Hello, colleagues!
I am currently working on a study focused on the automation of cost estimation considering sustainable construction materials. An important aspect of this is long-term economic efficiency, which includes calculating operational savings, energy consumption, and maintenance costs throughout the building's lifecycle.

Key questions of the research:
How can sustainable construction materials be integrated into automated cost estimation systems, considering their long-term value?
What challenges arise due to the high initial costs and the lack of tools for analyzing long-term savings?
How can the adoption of digital technologies support the use of sustainable solutions in construction?

I would be happy to discuss how you are addressing these issues in your projects. I encourage everyone to share experiences and ideas, and I also invite you to discuss potential collaboration opportunities. Looking forward to your comments and suggestions!
