Many issues begin as informal remarks or a general feeling of discomfort, and such a tool could help capture those signals before they escalate into real problems.



That said, I’d emphasize the importance of anchoring the tool’s outputs in the actual project context. Generic recommendations can be misleading if not based on a deep understanding of the project's environment and complexities.



I also strongly support the need for transparency and explainability in the tool’s insights, to help build trust among users and decision-makers.
