Hi everyone,
I’m a regular blog contributor here on ProjectManagement.com, and as of today (May 12), I’ve noticed that the statistics for my recent posts are still not visible on the platform.
I’m wondering if this is just a delay in the monthly update, or if there’s a broader technical issue.
Are other contributors experiencing the same situation?
Appreciate any insight from the community or the PMI support team.
Thanks in advance,

Hello Luis - and thanks for asking. The stats are visible at the end of each month. So May's stats should be visible on June 1. Hope this helps!

Hi Kimberly Whitby ,
Thank you for your kind reply — I appreciate your time and willingness to engage.
I would, however, like to gently point out that the current monthly visibility of blog stats is not how the system behaved previously.
Until April, I accessed those stats daily, and this was consistent and reliable for every post.
That’s why I raised the concern — not as a complaint, but as a way to preserve a feature that many contributors used to measure the real-time impact of our work.
If the platform changed, we should have been informed.
If it's a malfunction, it deserves attention — which thankfully is now happening.
Thanks again for your time

Hi Luis - Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
While we did not initially see the issue you reported, after completing a more thorough review of the “Blog Stats” feature, we now see what is not working properly and what you were expecting to see in the data. While some of the data points are appearing correctly, one of the tables is not providing accurate information, and this issue appears to be consistent for multiple blog authors. The team is documenting the issue and will investigate the cause of the error, so we can determine how to correct it. Once we have resolved the issue, we will follow up here.
Again, thank you for raising this for our awareness and for your patience as we worked to better understand the nature of the issue you were reporting.

Hi Danielle Ritter Thank you for your message and for taking the time to conduct a more thorough review.
It’s encouraging to see the issue finally acknowledged and investigated.
I also appreciate your tone — open, constructive, and respectful of the concern raised.
That said, I must express that this confirmation comes after a long process of repeated denials, automated responses, and broken promises from the initial support flow.
What could have been addressed transparently and early on escalated into weeks of frustration — not just for me, but potentially for other contributors as well.
I hope this situation serves as a moment of reflection: that platform-level issues affecting contributors' work and visibility deserve clear communication, early validation, and institutional accountability.
I remain available should you need any further detail to support the technical resolution.
With appreciation,
Luis Branco

Hi Luis Branco – As committed, I wanted to circle back to let you know that we have determined the root of the issue you were experiencing, though we have also identified that there is a separate issue that we are working to resolve that is impacting the display of the June statistics. It is actively being investigated by our development team.
Initial issue: a recent system update on the backend for performance resulted in a caching issue that inadvertently prevented the graph from updating. This issue has been resolved.
New issue: current monthly statistics are not showing, and the page is presenting an error instead of the graph. The underlying issue has not been fully identified. We are exploring the cause and solutions to best address this issue and I will follow up with an estimated time frame when that estimate is available.
I appreciate your feedback regarding how your issue was handled, and I acknowledge that it wasn’t representative of the care that the team has for the experience of our community members. We are documenting and discussing your experience as a team to identify lessons learned and improvements we can make to better address similar situations in the future.

Hi Kimberly Whitby Thank you for your kind words — I truly appreciate the acknowledgment.
That said, I believe this situation highlights something deeper: a critical platform issue that affected multiple contributors went unnoticed until one member raised the alarm.
While I’m glad I could help surface it, the process revealed gaps in responsiveness, validation, and communication that merit reflection.
Transparency, accountability, and dialogue are the foundations of any healthy community — especially one that promotes excellence in project management.
Thank you again, and I hope this experience helps strengthen how similar concerns are addressed going forward.

Thank you for the detailed update and for following through with your commitment to keep us informed.
I appreciate the clear distinction between the resolved issue and the newly identified one — transparency like this builds trust and reflects positively on the team’s evolving responsiveness.
More importantly, your message shows an institutional willingness to learn from missteps, which I value deeply.
The fact that my experience is being documented and used as a basis for improvement is encouraging, and I sincerely hope it contributes to more agile, attentive, and respectful processes going forward.
Please let me know if any further clarification or insight from my side could assist the ongoing investigation.

Hi Luis Branco – Following up on my previous update, we believe that we have identified the secondary issue with the blog statistics and have been working on resolution. We are still testing to make sure that our resolution approach holds, but in the meantime, we’re hoping you are now seeing the updated and current graph.
Initial Issue: In addition to the caching refresh issue, there was also a graph configuration issue that was only showing viewing statistics for days in which the blog was viewed, instead of showing all days with zero values on those days in which no views were recorded. Both issues have been resolved.
Secondary Issue: Our analytics tools are on a 48-hour delay, so at the beginning of the month, the graph should have been showing as empty (reflecting our 48-hour data lag). Instead, the rendering threw up a page error. This has been resolved. The resolution also resulted in a new caching error, which has also been investigated and a new fix is in development to be released.
UPDATE: The fix for the latest caching error was released this morning.

Hi Danielle Ritter Thank you for the detailed update and for continuing to work on resolving the issues.
However, I just wanted to flag that the blog statistics have remained unchanged for the past three days.
This might indicate that either the data is still not updating correctly or that the fix hasn’t fully propagated yet.
Please let me know if there's anything further I should check on my end, or if the team needs additional data to validate the resolution.
