Hello, new the forum, I am currently active duty in the Navy and working on putting together a package for PMP. I'm listing out the various projects that I have worked on but I am curious if anyone knows if team certifications would count towards project experience. In my current position I am responsible for the planning, organizing, tracking, reporting, and certifying Deployable Teams. These teams consist of 3-15 personnel that must meet various requirements in order to be certified to deploy; which depending on the mission, can take anywhere from a couple weeks to 9+ months. Would this be eligible experience? Saving Changes...

Welcome to the community. I would say yes, Team Certifications does count does count as project experience because it is considered a small project on its own which requires initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling. Saving Changes...
A lot will depend on how unique each team certification is in terms of the accomplishments required from the team members, the degree of uncertainty in achieving the "project" objectives and so on. At least one of these would be fine but if you start claiming experience based on multiple such initiatives and your application gets audited, it will be important to ensure they are all sufficiently different in nature from one another.
