In this case you need to pat attention to the operating mode of the plant. The cost of such works will always include next additional expenses compared to greenfield: - cost of dismantling works - cost of preparatory works to ensure the possibility and safety of works in constrained conditions - cost of losses due to stop of operating facility which you want to rebuild or reconstruct Taking about a possibility to complete works within 24 hours, I guess it is possible, but it depends on type and amount of work. I think it will be feasible if you replace some part of piping with valves. However it will be impossible if you want to install or replace processing unit. That''s all I can say.
