One topic I’m particularly interested in is PMO as a Service (PMOaaS). With many organizations today aiming to minimize internal overhead, there’s a growing trend toward engaging third-party PMOs to provide flexible, scalable support. I’d love to hear more about how others are implementing PMOaaS: What works, what challenges they face, and how it's evolving across industries.
