What is the membership size of the IT Strategy COP?

I'm doing dissertation research and would like to learn the size of this Community of Practice. If there is a path to track membership numbers, I'd be interested in learning.

I suppose a COP consists of volunteers and the number cannot be barred until and unless it starts hindering the efficient working of the COP. Though I think the minimum number can be determined to mark COP as an entity and I would say minimum 5 members should be enough to start a COP. If the number becomes uncomfortably large, COP can be split with specific objectives for each split.
