First Software Development Project Managed in África, What changes?

I've been leading projects of software and SaaS development projects in Europe for the last 6 years.

Now I face my first African Experience, Angola on a South Africa organization.

Who has recommendations? What should be the first step approach till i have understand and align to their culture. Should we apply Project Management Standards or should we apply what they are prepared to receive?

I don't believe you should change your approach running projects. I think there will be no big differences.

You must be excited since you are going to learn new cultures.
