Regarding Claming Category C PDUs

How to report and claim Category C PDUs. I m already a existing member for pmi.org. I watched a webinar that provides me category C pdu. how to report this to CCRS.

I now get it .. I m not a PMP certification holder so I m unable to claim category C PDUs. I think they pertain to maintaining PMP certification credentials.
