Laura, as AI becomes more integrated into project management tools and workflows, my main concerns center around privacy and ethical use. With sensitive project data often being shared across platforms, it's critical to ensure that AI systems handle this data responsibly and transparently. I'm also concerned about how ethical considerations are factored into AI decision-making such as bias in automation, accountability for AI-driven insights, and the potential for replacing human roles without oversight. These are key areas I’d love to see addressed in real-world case studies or discussions during the webinar.

Double it! I definitely wouldn’t want to see any of our sensitive data end up anywhere outside of our projects either. We use Copilot in our company, and even though it’s tailored to our needs, there are still moments of doubt. At the end of the day, it’s still a machine, and if something were to malfunction, we could be exposed to serious risks.

For me, the biggest challenge is balancing AI efficiency with trust. AI can speed up scheduling, reporting, and risk analysis, but how do we ensure the data, assumptions, and outcomes are reliable enough to base project decisions on? I’d like to see more guidance on validation and governance frameworks for AI in PM.
