AI is growing faster than ever. I wonder how project leaders can start their journey towards a smart adoption of AI agents (and tools) to delegate certain repetitive tasks. Saving Changes...
AL is an umbrella term covering a wide range of capabilities. If you are specifically referring to Gen AI capabilities, then start looking for ways to use those on a daily basis to augment or simplify the work you do. I'd use the analogy of learning a new language - learning some tricks of writing prompts is like taking a language course, but only when you immerse yourself in it daily and use it conversationally as much as possible will you feel confident in your skills.

AI is a boarder term. We are using AI from more than 50 years ago sometimes without being aware on that. When you are talking about AI agents you are talking about the new model of generative AI that emerges in 2017. The best way to learn about that is Google courses you can find for free. Just to comment, because lot of people talk because they read a book, I am working right now in the largest firm in the world which is working on that. No matter that my opinion is to go to Google free courses, Something more specific to apply generative AI in project management you will find in PMI´s related courses which are good source really.
