How does a Programme office develop a methodology, develop processes and procedures and reporting structure to embrace both agile and waterfall project approaches together in one company. Any help or advice welcome as we are struggling to find a simple solution, particularly in bringing together both types into one dashboard for the Board reporting.

Firstly it will all depend on the governance mechanism of that organization. Secondly, there remains a possibility that an organization is partially agile and have separate mechanism for reporting than other projects running n waterfall. Thirdly, there even is a possibility of partially marrying up waterfall and agile and coming up with a unique reporting mechanism. Saving Changes...
