Is the Agile Alliance (@AgileAlliance) part of PMI?
If yes, why is SSO not possible? Do members need a different subscription?

Will there be changes to ACP certification, or will it be discontinued?

Yes - they were acquired by PMI a little while back. I'm sure the back-end authentication systems will eventually get integrated but I'd expect that will come once there is an overall strategy developed for that acquisition.

I doubt there will be any elimination of the ACP in the near term. If anything, PMI has reduced the volume of Disciplined Agile credentials and is still actively promoting the ACP. Until a new Role Delineation Study is done resulting in a new Exam Content Outline, I doubt there will be any major changes to the ACP beyond the usual addition, modification and removal of questions in the overall exam item "pool".
