Nobody even reached out to me when i missed the exam. Am I alone here? This is a very expensive test. Wasn't there a live person, the proctor, looking out for me to check in?
I studied for three months and was at my desk, ready, 45 minutes ahead of my scheduled exam time. Tech support at pearsonVue filed a support ticket and told me to wait two to three business day for further information. I lost two days of work so I could spend the day studying yesterday, and today for the actual exam. Is there no customer service with this membership account?
I'm incredibly disheartened. I did the system check last week when i scheduled the exam and everything seemed fine. This morning, before my check-in time expired and with the instruction of onVue tech support, I deleted the onVue.exe files from my downloads, deleted my browser data, restarted my laptop and logged back in for the exam.
The button that said "Take Exam" opened a modal that asked if i wanted to reschedule or not. It did not initiate the exam. Again, nobody even reached out.
