Dipanjan, these two questions are not directly related, so I can address each individually:

1) AI's Impact on the Construction Sector: AI is already improving efficiency in construction, from planning and design to site execution. It's particularly enhancing safety by using AI-driven tools like drones and robotics to identify hazards and automate tasks. These advancements help reduce human error, improve productivity, and cut costs.

2) PMP Certification and Decision-Making: while PMP certification provides a strong foundation in project management, it doesn't directly improve decision-making skills. Decision-making is more influenced by personal experience and practical knowledge gained over time. PMP gives you a framework for managing projects, but experience is key to making effective decisions.

Hi Dipanjan!

AI in Construction: AI is revolutionizing the construction sector by boosting efficiency and safety. Tools like drones and robotics are minimizing human error and cutting costs, making the whole process smoother and more productive.

PMP Certification: While PMP gives you a solid project management framework, decision-making skills are honed through experience. It's your practical knowledge and personal experiences that truly enhance your decision-making abilities.

Hope this helps!
