Artificial intelligence is already transforming the way we plan, analyze risks, manage schedules and even write reports.
However, many project managers are still doing tasks that could be automated or empowered with AI. 👉 In this context, a key question arises: What tasks in your day-to-day work as a project manager could (or should) you already delegate to AI... and why don't you do it yet?

In my role as a project manager leading the IFRS 9 implementation at a bank, there are several tasks I could delegate to AI: Automating meeting minutes and action item tracking. Generating status reports and dashboards from real-time data. Performing risk pattern analysis to flag potential issues early. Optimizing task scheduling and resource allocation

However, I haven’t fully adopted these AI capabilities yet due to data privacy concerns, especially with sensitive financial information, integration gaps between AI tools and existing systems, and a cautious organizational culture that’s still adapting to AI-driven processes.
