recent cancellation of my PMP® exam results.

 i am  writing to respectfully express my deep concern regarding the recent cancellation of my PMP® exam results.

I took the PMP examination on August 5, 2025, at test center TC ID 57146, and received a “Pass” result with “Above Target” scores in all three domains. However, I was shocked to receive a message later stating that my exam results were canceled due to suspected irregularities.

I would like to clearly state that I did not violate any rules or commit any misconduct. I followed all instructions, respected the exam environment, and conducted myself in accordance with the PMI Code of Ethics and the Certification Handbook.

This was my second attempt at the PMP exam, and I invested a great deal of effort, time, and financial resources into preparing for this certification. I kindly request:
1. A clear and transparent explanation of the decision to cancel my results.
2. A fair investigation into the matter, including any available video or test center evidence.
3. Reinstatement of my exam result if no valid evidence of misconduct is presented.

PMI is a globally respected institution, and I trust that fairness and integrity are core to its mission. I ask for the opportunity to be heard and for my situation to be reconsidered in full fairness.

I was still mistreated by you at the same time. I contacted the center and they told me that there was no misconduct in my first exam by the center. I contacted the second center and they told me that there was no misconduct from me in the test. The center told me that everything is recorded and documented and asked me to mention this in my application and obtain proof of the misconduct in the recording. I have complied with all the rules and regulations for the test. I request that you grant me a reduction and restore my test result.

Thank you for your help. I sent an email and asked to open a complaint and review the records and provide evidence, but there is no response from them. The response they are committed to is to pay again and retake the test. This proves that they care more about money than quality and trust in the PMI Institute to provide reasons to the applicant and explain the problem so that he does not fall into it again or guide it.

Yazeed, sorry to hear about your experience. Looks like it is happening with many candidates these days. There is an email for the PMI Certifications Department but can't recall what it is.

exam above target and the exam was in a center. I contacted the center and they told me that there was no misconduct or transgression from me. I appealed and they asked me to retake the exam for the second time in a center. I chose a different center and put in the effort and passed the second exam above target. I followed all the instructions, I even spent the full time in the exam solving, analyzing and answering the questions and my score was canceled. I don't know why and they prove my first score and effort. Now I have my last chance to apply and I don't know what to do to pass and get the certificate and prove it. I am losing money, time and effort taking the exam and not getting the result and certificate.
