Because of Frequently changing Requirement at timing of ending Sprint, How tester can regression on application with in Sprint end ?
At mostly in every Sprint we as a team face difficulty that at time of ending Sprint before 1-2 days - New Build is arrived and we have to Regression on Application.

There should be a clear division of activities, when the testing will start on deliverable produced after the Sprint. If you are testing after each change than you must need to increase your efforts gradually as product is building. If the size is growing so does the regression efforts.

Based on my reading between the lines, it appears that agile methods are not being applied correctly. Requirements should not change so greatly so near the end of a sprint. Or perhaps the requirements should be better defined while the feature is waiting in backlog. A change so close to the end of a sprint should probably be deferred to the next sprint. Or the sprint should be extended for a day or days. Extending the sprint is not a usual event, since agile endorses time-boxing, or fixed length sprints. Thus the scope change is usually deferred.
