I would suggest getting in touch with PMI Customer Care for this as the approach might vary depending on where you are in the process re: payment & scheduling an exam date.

I agree with Kiron. The best way to approach this is via customer care. That said, if your PMP application is approved, why would you want to cancel it given that it's valid for a year then it will close automatically.

I agree with Kiron and Rami—contacting PMI Customer Care is the most reliable way to handle canceling an approved PMP application, as the process can vary based on your exam scheduling and payment status. Also, keep in mind that an approved application remains valid for one year, so if you don’t schedule within that time, it will expire automatically.
