In your organizations, how has the role of the PMO evolved in recent years?

Fabian it's something I've seen PMOs struggle with a lot. I've personally experienced this shift, moving from a more consultative area to a support role, and now aiming to become more strategic. I see many PMOs even changing their name to "RMO" (Resource Management Office) or something similar to reflect this change in scope and stay relevant.
