Not sure I'd consider these the most common. Aligning challenging stakeholders towards a common vision, managing with frequently changing (and reducing) funding and dealing with unpredictability of resources (talent, materials & equipment) would seem more common to me.

Good point, Fabian. Tech challenges make the headlines, but stakeholder alignment, shifting budgets, and resource gaps are the daily hurdles. The real challenge is managing these timeless issues with the new ones, like AI and digital risks.
