You can use any GenAI tool to support your daily project management tasks, but there’s really no single “best” software. At the end of the day, AI can help with efficiency and automation, yet it can’t replace the human interactions that are at the core of project management, which is ultimately about leading and managing people.

Thank you for your contribution. As you mentioned, this is mainly about supporting humans, since the data may contain errors, especially when it isn’t regularly updated. Your advice is truly appreciated.
I have been using the PMI infinity tool to aide in Project Charter development. It's a great tool that builds the skeleton for you. All you need to do is verify the information and add in what you see fit. Hope this helps!

In my experience, a few GenAI tools have really helped me in my job: ChatGPT / GPT-based assistants, great for drafting documents, brainstorming ideas, and even simulating stakeholder communication before important meetings. Copilot, very useful in development projects, as it speeds up coding, reduces repetitive tasks, and helps with quick prototyping.
For me, the impact depends on the context: For project management, summarization and reporting with ChatGPT has been a game changer. For technical work, Copilot stands out.

I love Claude, it’s been a game changer for me and I do like how it comes back with some thoughtful questions.
I also have been using NotebookLLM, it’s great at taking documents and summarizing them. building mind maps as well.
If you want to learn code, Lovable has been amazing too.

It’s really interesting how you use so many AI tools across different tasks. I haven’t tried these yet, but I’ll definitely explore how to apply them in my work. Thank you; I truly appreciate your recommendations.

I typically use a variety of AI tools, depending on the specific need, whether for text generation, logical reasoning, or prompt engineering. However, I always filter their outputs to gain an overview and foster insightful reflection, rather than treating them as an absolute source of truth. I am cautious about excessive reliance on AI, as it could potentially lead to a decline in independent thought.
