If you will use it in a corporate environment, you have to take into account thing like Responsible AI. For example, what information you will make public. Because if you will use tools like ChatGPT you are making public all the information you are using there. If you will use it personally the information is still public but it is more "protected" against legal issues. With that said, to be efficient, remember to use the right prompt format and to make consistence and trust checking on the results.

I just completed the Generative AI Overview for Project Managers Course, highly recommend for anyone looking to dive deeper into AI tools and technologies available. Everything from ClickUpBrian to Chatdoc. I have found ChatGPT and PMI Infinity to be the most useful, relevant and helpful for PM support.

PM Infinity is great for PM tasks/questions. ChatGPT does everything but does not do everything well. I like Claude but it agrees with anything you say. CoPilot is good if you're in an MS shop. Gemini shines if you are in a Google shop. Loveable builds simple apps, NoteGPT for flows and slides, Figma for protoyping. ALL NO CODE, ALL FREE! ChatGPT or a GPT based tool that your company allows is a great start to help build any presentations and project documents. Copilot for Teams meetings will listen and transcribe. This has been a game changer for meeting minutes, decisions, and action items. Of course you always need to review and make appropriate updates as they are not always accurate. These tools are only going to get better and more abundant so it’s best not to fear them, but start to use them and you will definitely find what works for you.
