WENCY NIYIBIZI Kigali, 1, Rwanda
Hello Everyone,

My name is Wency NIYIBIZI, a Project Manager and Public Finance Expert with over 18 years of experience leading donor-funded programs, driving strategic partnerships, and mobilizing resources for systemic reforms in Rwanda. I specialize in public policy and program design, multi-stakeholder coordination, and leadership of complex initiatives in areas such as decentralization & financial governance, education and fiscal policy.

I was initially drawn to project management through my work in fiscal and financial governance reforms, where aligning diverse partners toward common goals became both a challenge and a passion. A proud milestone was helping design Rwanda’s Public Finance Management (PFM) basket fund program, which secured over €6M in funding and strengthened national Policy and systems.

I look forward to learning from this community, sharing experiences on partnerships, leadership, and innovative project management approaches, and connecting with fellow professionals committed to driving impact.

Best regards,

Wency
