Does anyone else use Cloud services for Project Management in their company and which one?

I've looked into it before but have always been prevented by company or organisation rules about storing sensitive commercial (or personal) information and Information Governance. Since the NSA revelations this has become even worse too. So I would recommend that you look into those rules at your organisation first before looking into the possible solutions.

Rightly said Tim. But if you want to explore for cloud based Project management software Gantter, 2-Plan, etc can be used.

Being a Microsoft Project Specialist I'll first go with Project Online, of course. But stay tuned to what will be launched on http://tasks.office.com/ We're all quite excited about something even more lightweight.

You should also look around to find the tool meeting your specific needs. Check out this blog post on free tools http://propmnews.com/top-5-open-source-pro...-tools-in-2015/ - I think it's quite interesting.

Still, consider your data storage policies beforehand.
