Just Print out the page in A1 size and paste in a convenient place on the Door side or wall or on the side of a Refrigerator. I used to paste the same on the side of my Fridge and whenever I get time , I used to have a look on the Flow Chart.
For the ITTO part , you may download the Excel sheet from the Blog of iZenBridge. That sheet needs a little bit updating in a few areas.
The ITTOs are designed as guides for you to know how to go through each of the processes. I believe if you understand the process properly, you will not need to memorize each of the ITTOs but you can 'guess' what will be needed to carry out the process (inputs) the tools you will use when carrying out the process (tools and techniques) and what you should expect at the end of the day (output).
My advise its this, focus on understanding the processes and ITTOs will take care of themselves.
In practice, most of the ITTOs change based on the industry or nature of the project but with proper knowledge and understanding you can always blend in.
Focus on learning and understanding project management not memorizing. Saving Changes...

hi Michael,
I totally do agree with you. What I suggested were just to support the primary preparation for the actual test. A thorough understanding for all the PM processes is a must.
Reading PMBOK, twice should help you. This will help reinforce the concepts and while you dont have to 'cram' anything per se, but am pretty sure if you know the basics and have a concrete understanding of the ITTOs, you will be able to just pull them out of the blue.
Try to understand the ITTOs and write them down and analyse why is it that coming under that particular process, this should help. Saving Changes...

You need to focus on concept .
Not require to memorise the ITTO.
If you work out on following it will help you to understand ITTO
-- 1. Know the Process List
-- 2. In each process understand important INPUT and Output
-- 3. List out of important artifact like following
-- Project Charter
-- Project Management Plan
-- Change Request
-- Change Log
From where Inpot comes to make it and where they used as Input.
-- 4. Apart from watch some youtube video on Memory Map for ITTO
