With multiple subcontractors working in parallel, coordination can get messy. What tools or techniques help you ensure accountability and alignment?

Hi Rami,

Great question! On large sites, I’ve seen a clear RACI matrix plus short daily coordination huddles make a big difference. Tools help, but it’s the consistent syncs that really drive accountability and alignment.

Thank you,
Golam Rob

In agreement with previous inputs and replies.

- Regular communications like simple daily "standups" as in a channel like slack or teams helps to understand who has worked on what yesterday with which results, who is working on what today, and any blocking item to get help with.
- Clear planning, execution and review boards for the team to align and monitor activities.
- In presence meetings on a monthly/quarter/yearly base depending on project duration and team locations.
