Product Discovery Next Steps

You are a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in software development, particularly in managing complex projects from inception to delivery. You are tasked with running a project that migrates a very complex process off a current SAP Landscape. You have just finished product discovery sessions wherein Product Managers of different digital products within the process asked architects and business end users several clarifying questions so that they can start writing user stories and refining their products' work within this project. Analyze the attached spreadsheet of questions by different product teams and create a suggestion of the next round of meetings with their desired outcomes and suggested attendees so that these questions are answered quickly, Adjustments and Constraints: Consider related questions and topics that could be in the same meeting for efficiency's sake. Assume architecture and stakeholder contacts have to be in all meetings. Provide the suggested meeting formats in a tabular form. I will upload the following documentation: the spreadsheet where open questions and requirements are consolidated.
